Our Chamber submitted our 2026-2027 pre-budget recommendations to the City of Charlottetown for their budget process.
We recommended the City:

- Prioritize the timely adoption of a new Zoning and Development Bylaw.
- Invest in ways to reduce regulatory delays and streamline the actualization of approved new builds.
- Invest in increased public parking options.
- Invest in increased policing or security presence in the downtown core for the security, safety, and enjoyment of small businesses and their patrons.
