Our Chamber is proud to launch a collection of Position Papers and Monitoring Reports. These resources are designed to provide members with a clear, up-to-date snapshot of the Chamber’s advocacy priorities, including what we’re hearing from the business community, what we’re tracking, and where we’re pushing for action.
Each report includes background context, an overview of what’s at stake and opportunities, policy recommendations, progress, relevant resources, and a timeline of the Chamber’s most recent advocacy work on the topic.
We will update these papers on a quarterly basis, ensuring that members and stakeholders have access to timely, relevant advocacy information as issues evolve.
Current topics include:
- Workforce, population, and immigration pressures
- Trade and tariff impacts
- Affordability and tax competitiveness
We are also currently working to finalize a Housing Position Paper, which will build on our ongoing work related to housing availability and affordability, development barriers, and investment challenges facing PEI.
Our goal is to increase transparency, improve communication, and provide members with a clearer understanding of how advocacy priorities are progressing over time.
