Our Board of Directors play a key role in the Chamber. They advise, govern, oversee policy and direction, and provide leadership expertise.  They champion the Chamber within the community.

Nomination to the Board of Directors

The Chamber is critical to our business community and relies on members like you to ensure we are as effective and relevant as possible. Are you a leader and a Chamber champion? If so, consider applying to join the Chamber Board of Directors. Applications to the Nominating Committee are open until February 28 for nomination at the AGM in May of the same year. Applications considered for nomination are weighted against a Board Matrix (see below), with special consideration given to areas of skills gaps and in adherence to section 5.6 of the Chamber’s bylaws (see below).
