This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation by the GCACC to member organizations to submit proposals that outline their experience, capabilities and pricing for the provision of experienced professional photography services required with specific Chamber owned events in 2025.
The specific events are identified as follows:
- 2025 President’s Excellence Awards (Wednesday, January 22, 2025)
- 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) & President’s Luncheon (Tuesday, May 20, 2025)
- 2025 Corporate Challenge Golf Tournament (Friday, September 12, 2025)
- 2025 Christmas Business Mixer (December 3, 2025)

The deadline to express interest is Friday, December 6 and the deadline for submissions is Friday, December 13.
