Our Chamber welcomes the news that Stratford Town Council has approved amendments to its Zoning and Development Bylaw, creating two new classifications in the Town’s core area to streamline development.

The Core Mixed Used Zone will permit buildings up to 6 storeys, and the Urban Core Zone up to 12 storeys. A change to the development application process is also included within these two new zones which will see the Town of Stratford using form-based code. Click here to learn more.
