Junior Achievement Prince Edward Island (JA PEI) is pleased to welcome Tania Crouse Hardy as the new new Senior Manager of Experiential Learning and Development.
Tania began her career in the tourism and hospitality industry, quickly developing a passion for excellent customer service and working with the public. She joined the Halifax Chamber of Commerce in 2007 moving through different roles before finding her niche as an Events Specialist.
Tania brought her extensive experience, keen eye for detail, and dedication to creating unforgettable experiences for all, to the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce in 2020, and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation in 2022.
Tania’s eagerness to create and foster relationships, and commitment to lifelong learning, drives her to continually exploring, learning and looking for new opportunities to tackle diverse and exciting challenges. When she’s not managing details or honing in on her skills, Tania loves spending time with her two children, Regan and Spencer, and husband, Matthew. She’s a born and raised Nova Scotian with a sweet spot for PEI, where her husband was born and raised.
Tania is excited to help support JA PEI’s mission by increasing hands-on learning opportunities and local business community connections for Island youth, as well as build and expand upon existing organizational development efforts.
