Merchantman Fresh Seafood & Oyster Bar Chef Leslie Flynn recently travelled to Niagara to compete at the National Culinary Federation in the Senior National Competition.

His chimichurri beef tenderloin with potato & roasted garlic pave, black garlic butter lobster, cabbage purée, dill pesto and mustard seed caviar earned him the bronze medal.

Congrats to Chef Leslie for representing PEI at the national level and on this achievement!
