Navigate Food Safety Solutions is excited to announce the launch of Basic Audit Skills Training, a food safety training course designed to assist food manufacturers.
The food manufacturing industry worldwide is facing many challenges due in part to the COVID-19 pandemic: increased consumer demand, a dramatic change in their workforce, and supply chain logistics. A common refrain in the industry is “Food safety is everyone’s responsibility.” Now, it’s more important than ever to have everyone in the plant sharing the load of producing a quality product that is safe for the end consumer.
“We created Basic Audit Skills Training as a quick and effective way to ensure everyone follows the basic plant rules (GMPs) and procedures are still being adhered to, despite the increased demand on production,” said CEO Alex Hanley.
The resulting Basic Audit Skills online training launched September 1st and is available for purchase at https://bit.ly/3DZAWl3.
“Our team has been working really hard to get this to market quickly,” said COO Maureen Hanley. “We’re thrilled to be able to offer a timely, streamlined training program that will be of immediate benefit to multiple industries in food manufacturing facilities across Canada, the US and Europe.”
This 35-minute training program is organized around four main topics: Inspections, Vertical Audits, Interviews, and Rating Non-Conformances. Navigate Food Safety Solutions designed this new course to help manufacturing plants respond to the challenges of a robust and ever-changing industry.
