Special Olympics Prince Edward Island has recently recognized Provincial Credit Union as an inductee in their Enriching Lives Gala Hall of Fame. The Enriching Lives Gala is the signature fundraising event for Special Olympics Prince Edward Island, and Provincial Credit Union was presented with the award at the gala in June.
The Hall of Fame award acknowledges exceptional support from event stakeholders. Provincial Credit Union has been a long-time supporter of SOPEI and the Draft an Athlete fundraising campaign. Provincial Credit Union President Corey Tremere accepted the award and encourages all Island businesses to support Special Olympics athletes across Prince Edward Island.
This year marked the 30th Anniversary of the Enriching Lives Gala and raised over $232,000 for PEI Special Olympics.
