Since June 2023, the team at Doane Grant Thornton have hosted over 200 business leaders across the Atlantic region in conversations about the complexities of today’s economic and workforce realities. The purpose was to create a forum for meaningful conversations around topics that matter most to them and their business.
They compiled these insights into a report that brings together the voices of these leaders to help foster connection, spark collaboration, and drive meaningful progress. More than just a reflection of today’s business challenges, this paper is a call to action—a platform for the business community to learn from each other, identify shared opportunities, and work together to build a stronger, more resilient future.
