Today, Friday, May 15, 2020, Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce Interim CEO, Gerard Adams issued the following statement regarding the provincial government’s remarks in today’s 1:30 PM media briefing, on the adjusted timeline of the Renew PEI, Together plan’s Phase 3:
“The Chamber is pleased with today’s announcement that the implementation of Phase 3 of the ‘Renew PEI, Together’ plan is now anticipated to begin on June 1 instead of the previously announced June 12. This is welcomed news for the many businesses scheduled to reopen in Phase 3, who are eager to safely serve their clients and customers.”
