Charlottetown, PE (June 6, 2022) – The Chamber is pleased to welcome Madeline Biso as our new Policy & Communications Specialist.

Madeline was most recently a reporter with allNovaScotia.com based in Halifax, writing business and political stories across Atlantic Canada. She has interviewed multiple Premiers, Chief Medical Officers, and other government figures on policies that impact business. Madeline has written a number of stories about Atlantic Canadian businesses from across the region and joins the Chamber with an understanding of these issues and a passion for sharing the voice of business.

Madeline graduated in 2020 from University of King’s College in Halifax with a Bachelor of Journalism (Honours) degree. She has over four years of freelance journalism experience, from radio to print, and has had her creative writing published in anthologies across Canada and the U.S.

Originally from Cornwall, Madeline is excited to return to the Island to work with the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to continuing to support the Chamber’s advocacy agenda.
