The GCACC is seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time position of Membership Sales Coordinator, commencing in February 2021.

Reporting to the Director of Membership Services, the individual works to retain membership, provides general membership support, and has responsibility for generating leads for membership recruitment.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Membership Support: Maintain a current membership prospect list and membership database, prepare sales materials and monthly reports, assist with member volunteer initiatives, prepare invoices and receive payments, and field and redirect member inquiries.
- Service Delivery: Maintain regular communications with members and detailed member records, collect membership information for Chamber communication tools, promote benefits to membership, and recognize and identify member milestones.
- Support & Coordination: Maintain membership database and records with prospects, assist with event registrations, invoicing and payments, and coordination of in-house events. Provide support to all GCACC staff and members.
